We make free local deliveries to our clients who live within the perimeters of London but charge small fees on packages weighing more than 5Kg for all customers living country-wide. *(Please know conditions* will be applied)
Packaging & Insurance
We give you peace of mind in the delivery of your domestic and international packages. Your products are wrapped separately in protective packaging to prevent shifting during shipment. There is no indication of package content on labels, the return address, or wrapping. Every package requires a signature upon delivery. Every package is insured. In the event of loss or damage in transit, we re-ship as soon as possible. Please note that our insurance policies provide wide coverage to packages in transit.
Delivery Commitment
After request to deliver your bullion and upon completion, delivery assured by the end of the second business day. All local orders are expected to be delivered within 3 business days. We make delivering your bullion easier, faster, and secured on any business day countrywide.
